Kodithuwakku Tours Sri Lanka | Clear & Transparent Service Agreement
1. Tour & Vehicle Hire Agreements
All private tours, airport transfers, and vehicle hires are operated on a private basis. Your vehicle and English-speaking chauffeur are dedicated exclusively to your traveling party for the contracted itinerary duration.
2. Rate Inclusions & Exclusions
Standard private tour quotes include: the air-conditioned vehicle, dedicated chauffeur-guide, fuel, expressway highway tolls, parking fees, and driver meals/lodging. Quotes exclude: national park entry tickets, safari jeeps, historical monument entry tickets, and personal guest meals unless explicitly requested in a custom package.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be confirmed in your itemized itinerary quote. We accept international Visa and Mastercard payments, direct bank transfer, and cash upon arrival (in USD, EUR, GBP, or LKR).
4. Passenger Safety & Vehicle Care
All passengers are required to wear seatbelts in accordance with Sri Lankan traffic laws. Smoking and carriage of illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
